As summer approaches and I ride around with Kayla and Savannah in the car with the windows down it brings back a great Kasie memory.Mine and Kevin's girls thought Aunt Kasie was the "coolest" because she would roll down all the window in the car, crank up the radio and sing "Shama Lama Ding Dong" at the top of their lungs. It was especially the most fun when we are at the beach sitting in 4th of July Firework traffic making the best of a bad situation singing very loudly! May I also say, not remotely on key but having the time of our lives. This song became the theme song for my daughters and Aunt Kasie. Kasie made sure it was played at her and Phil's wedding but reservered the dance just for Kayla. ( Savannah had turned in a little early.)

I know we all have our Kasie songs. Certain one come on the radio and remind me so much of her. I promise I will keep the windows down and the off key " Shama Lama Ding Dong" singing going just for you, Kasie. Even if it comes with tears rolling down our cheeks too!
