I know I was one of the lucky ones who knew Kasie during our high school years. As I sit here and think of all the funny stories to tell from high school, college and beyond, the same common theme seems to occur... whenever a situation encountered tension... or disappointment... or didn't go the way we all anticipated, Kasie was ALWAYS the one to laugh or roll her eyes or both and say something usually to the tune of "ahhh, that's not a big deal".

A great example of this might be the time several couples went down to Cozumel, Mexico for a long weekend.... we had the best time....

Kasie soaked up the sun, drank Margaritas, laughed out loud and had a blast with all of her friends each day late into the night...

Phil was burned by the sun, still drank Margaritas... drank even more... grumbled out loud ... and when it was very late into one evening - well past midnight, all Phil wanted was chicken nuggets...

He knew bar food was served 24 hours a day at the "all-inclusive" resort and all Phil wanted were those darn chicken nuggets... all Kaise wanted was to quit hearing Phil whine about wanting chicken nuggets. So when they finally went to the outdoor buffet around 1:00am and saw no chicken nuggets, there was trouble...
